Sue-Yenn was first introduced to Yoga in college during a Voice and Movement class. At that time, it was just a series of poses and stretches. The journey begin when she met a teacher while she was on a contract for a musical in 2007- It was then, she finally understood the importance of the mind, body, and breath connection. Since, she has deepened her practice through Vinyasa and Hatha. Sue-Yenn isRYT-200 and Pre-Natal Certified through Sonic Yoga. Her goal as an instructor is to inspire students' daily practice and to build strength and find integrity in body alignment and breath.

Yoga does not remove us from the reality or responsibilities of everyday
life but rather places our feet firmly and resolutely in the practical
ground of experience. We don’t transcend our lives; we return to the life we
left behind in the hopes of something better.
