Stephanie MoDavis

Stephanie MoDavis is a 500-hour RYT and has been a student of body/energy coherence and a teacher of yoga, meditation, and authentic spirituality for over twenty years.  Her specialty is Conscious Body Yoga, which includes Yin for healing, Ashtanga for physical grounding, and Raja yoga practices for meditation.  This 60-minute class is intended to provide a deep restorative experience balanced with periods of meditation, visualization, and new thought concepts to provide clarity and inspiration for the week ahead.  

Stephanie has been a leader in cutting edge yoga programs.  In addition to an emphasis on physical alignment and anatomy, Stephanie’s classes draw students inward to higher states of awareness and consciousness by facilitating authentic and embodied energy medicine.  Stephanie is currently a passionate speaker, facilitator, teacher, transformational guide and writer in the fields of spirituality, energy medicine, personal growth, empowerment, illness mapping, balancing and healing the chakra system, yoga, divine partnerships and conscious relationships. Stephanie was formerly the founder and creative director of YogaMos Healing Sanctuary and Urban Yoga Spiritual Centers in Pennsylvania.
