Meet Our Instructors
JENNIFER ZIZZA TADDEI
Jennifer’s love of dance began at a very young age culminating in over 30 years of dance training, performing and teaching. She graduated from Mason Gross School of the Arts, at Rutgers University with a BFA in Dance and continued her dance training at The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in New York City. While she is professionally trained in all genres of dance, her true love is teaching. Jennifer’s passion for teaching is the motivating force behind JZT Dance.
Jennifer is very involved at all levels and in all aspects of JZT Dance. Her philosophy is based on fundamentals and technique and all dancers at JZT Dance are taught this from a very young age. Jennifer’s choreography has been featured at the famed Kennedy Center, on television and in national competitions for the past 15 years. Her choreography has been nationally recognized and her teams have won numerous national and state titles, including first place at the Nationals in both 2013 and 2014.
Jennifer’s fierce passion for shaping students into artists has given other young dancers the tools and opportunities they need in order to be successful in the dance industry. Her greatest joy is sharing her love and passion for dance with her students and her greatest accomplishment has been the ensuing success of her students. Jennifer’s students have performed on Broadway, on national tours of Broadway shows, as well as numerous Off-Broadway productions. Others have been featured on television and in film. Other credits include Disney, professional dance companies, Cruise Lines, and NFL/NBA Cheerleaders,
Jennifer hopes to cultivate a passion for the arts the same way it was instilled in her. She reminds all the students, "If you can dream it, you can become it. Let nothing stand in your way!"
