Taylor Leonard completed her 200 hour teacher training in Bali, Indonesia in 2012.
Taylor teaches strength-based vinyasa flow classes, chill vibe beginner's, and introspective gentle restorative. With cool tunes and optimistic reminders, she encourages her students to face challenges head on while also respecting personal limits. Her goal is simple. She wants her students to leave class feeling a little bit more strong, a little bit more calm and a little bit more open and present both in mind and body.
